Human resource is the key to success, which determines the performance capabilities and efficiency of an organization. In view of the above, human resource management must play central role in the acquisition, fostering and expansion of the intellectual capital.
The HR department of GTS Hungary focuses primarily on the stabilisation of the organisation structure, on the development of a uniform wage and bonus system, on the training and motivation of the employees and on continuous development of the team spirit.
